  • Under this initiative, all drivers are required to complete a defensive driving safety course. Technology connects data signals between GPS devices and telemetric systems installed in vehicles with the operations center to monitor routes and driving behavior 24/7. The system provides automatic alerts for drivers engaging in risky behaviors, such as exceeding driving hours, speeding, or signs of driver fatigue. Additionally, the Logistics Academy conducts monthly performance evaluations for drivers and offers guidance to support their personal improvement.
  • This initiative is a collaboration between SCGJWD and its partners to enhance the overall safety of a large-scale transport system, benefiting the company’s drivers as well as those of 485 partners, with a combined fleet of over 10,000 vehicles.
  • In 2023, 1,061 partner drivers met the program’s evaluation criteria, surpassing the target of 1,000 drivers. Monthly warnings for risky driving behaviors decreased by 1.85%, and transport-related accidents across all severity levels dropped by 16.67% compared to the previous year.

Additionally, technology has been implemented to optimize fleet management, reducing empty runs and decreasing carbon emissions by over 10% compared to the previous year.
